英才教育ではなく、食遊び。・It is not gifted education,It is to learn through food.
食育、食育、言われている時代ですが、
時代の流れからして、
最近はそうなって自然のことのように思います。
幼稚園の頃から包丁を握って調理をすることは
危険をともないながらも
着々と彼らの自信に繋がっていっています。
勉強やスポーツで飛び抜けるのもよし、料理が特技になるもよし。
中学生くらいになったら、だいたいの料理がなんとなくは作れてしまうような
そんな人になってもらいたいです。
それまでに培ってきた自信があれば
どんな大人の前でも、どこの国に行っても
自分の特技を自信を持ってお披露目できます。
特技とやりたいことが別々だとしても
特技はあったほうが人間関係も円滑に築けるし
料理そのものが素晴らしいコミュニケーションツールとなるからです。
はやいこと、お寿司が作れる子供になってくれたら
お寿司パーティーも一緒に準備できるし
それによって、人の笑顔がいただけます。
人の笑顔は自信や生きがいにつながります。
英才教育ですね！と言われますが
押し付けず、極めて楽しく料理を教えています。
それが食遊びの基本的な考えかたです。

I would like children to be able to make general dishes when they become junior high school students.
If children can cook with confidence, they can show their special skill with confidence no matter where they go.
Even if they are different from what they want to do with good skill,
Having a special skill makes it easy to create human relationships,and
Cooking itself is a wonderful communication tool.
We can prepare sushi party together when children can make sushi.
And we can get people's smile.
People's smile makes me confident and motivated.
Everyone says. 『Gifted education!』
but,I do not press on children, I am teaching cooking extremely pleasantly.
